SUBSTANCE: injection is carried out, in therapeutically effective dose, of estrogen, or its prodrug, or mixed estrogen/androgen compound, in some cases, combined with estrogen receptor selective modulator (ERSM). As ERSM compounds of similar structure are applied, where: R1 and R2 are chosen from hydrogen, hydroxyl, or radical that in vivo is converted to hydroxyl; Z is none or chosen from -CH₂-, -O-, -S-, and -NR₃-; R₁₀₀ is bivalent radical of 4 to 10 intermediate atoms; L is chosen from -SO-, -CON-, -N<, and -SON<; G₁ is chosen from hydrogen, C₁-C₅-hydrocarbon, radical that together with G₂ and L forms 5-7-membered heterocyclic ring, and halogen or unsaturated derivatives of previous substitute; G₃ is chosen from hydrogen, methyl, and ethyl. In some versions the above treatment is complemented by androgen agents or biphosphonates administering.

EFFECT: effective therapy of diseases mentioned, due to increased action of estrogen receptor selective modulator, combined with lowering estrogen negative action on the organism tissues.
