FIELD: building, road works.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns building and can be applied to concreting of slab of traffic area of composite reinforced concrete bridges. The mobile staging includes the average mobile part located between internal walls of boxes of a superstructure against which the casing of the central part of a reinforced concrete slab of a traffic area of the bridge leans, and the lateral mobile parts located from an outer end of boxes of a superstructure and against which the casing of consoles of a reinforced concrete slab of a traffic area of the bridge leans. The average mobile part consists of a basic design, gears of movement in the form of the rollers moving on ways of driving, fixed on superstructure boxes, and elevating adaptations in the form of jacks - screw racks, and lateral mobile parts consist of the basic design supplied with roller bearers, interacting with the ways of driving located on lateral walls of boxes of a superstructure, and regulating adaptations. The new thing is that the ways of driving of an average mobile part of staging are executed in the form of the horizontal shelves which are fixed on outer surfaces of internal walls of boxes of a superstructure and being stiffening fins of boxes of a superstructure, and the basic design is supplied by the demountable connecting elements executed in the form of L-steels, the bolts connected to the help with lateral walls of girders of a superstructure. Basic designs of lateral mobile parts of the staging are executed in the form of the cross-section triangular frames connected among themselves by the top and bottom longitudinal elements, and driving ways consist of the top ways of driving fixed by means of little tables to lateral walls of girders of the superstructure in the locations of diaphragms, and the bottom ways of driving executed in the form of metal sheets, welded among them on an outline of an exterior wall and a bottom flange of boxes of the superstructure. In the top and bottom knots of longitudinal elements of the staging the adjusting adaptations executed in the form of screw racks, and roller bearers are established, and the upper part of cross-section triangular frames in concreting of the console of a slab of a traffic area of the bridge is supplied by the demountable little tables-emphasis attached by means of the top ways of driving to little tables, located on lateral walls of girders of the superstructure.
EFFECT: fast and exact regulation and position fixing of the staging in concreting of slab of traffic area of the composite reinforced concrete bridge.
