FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining and can be employed at development of beds of minerals, mainly of coal beds. Coal extraction is performed from the working site with parallel stoping chambers and coal is transferred to daylight by means of box multilink transporter. Supporting massifs of coal are left between the stoping chambers. At excavation of coal methane concentration is continuously controlled over in the stoping chamber and when the said concentration raises to maximum, excavation of coal is stopped. Loose coal is transferred from the box multilink transporter to daylight. Ventilation of the stoping chamber is performed by means of a ventilator with air supply via the box multilink transporter till reducing methane concentration in the stoping chamber to values less, than 0.5 of maximum, whereupon extraction of coal is recommenced.
EFFECT: upgraded safety of mining in stoping chambers by factors of "combustion or methane explosion".
