FIELD: machine manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine manufacturing. The spherical regulator contains case (1), in which is placed drive-shaft (2) with cheek (3) fixed on it. Continuation (4) of the drive shaft contains second cheek (3), turned by 180° relative to the first. Both cheeks (3) are connected among themselves with neck journal (5), forming a crank mechanism. Inner hub is hinged to the reference (6), is diametrically braced with circular groove (7) and is mounted on the neck journal (5). Concentrically located loading hub (8) is external and contains semicircular grooves (9), whose plane lies in axis with the drive shaft (2). Both hubs are situated in a power interaction through spheres (10). Point of intersection of drive shaft (2) and neck journal (5) is the centre of the sphere for both hubs. Neck journal (5) and circular groove (7) is situated in other quadrants. Axial growth of the external hub (8) is the loading hub (11), which interrelates with the continuation (4) of the drive shaft (2) by the bearing (12).
EFFECT: increasing the degree of efficiency of the regulator, its economical efficiency and universality.
