FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: vortex-type hydraulic heat generator is meant for heat- and hot water supply of industrial and domestic objects, and for heating the process fluids. Hydraulic heat generator consists of a body having a conical part which is leakproof connected with a cylindrical part, inside which there arranged is a braking device, and a cone-shaped diaphragm with an outlet coaxially with which there located is a diffusion nozzle. Near the bottom of the body conical part there installed is a tangential nozzle inlet coaxially connected with an inlet connection to internal surface which is made in the form of a converging-diverging nozzle (de Laval nozzle). Body is placed in a cylindrical heat exchange shell, on the cylindrical surface of which there arranged is a leakproof hole made for tangential nozzle inlet, and at the bottom of which there located is an outlet connection. Between internal surface of heat exchange shell and external surface of the body cylindrical part there installed are diaphragms with through-holes; at that holes on adjacent diaphragms are not located coaxially. Heat exchange shell is covered with a heat-insulating material layer.
EFFECT: improving device efficiency and reducing power consumption.
