SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely neonatology, and refers to early diagnostics method for perinatal hypoxic affection degree of CNS in full-term newborns. The method consists in determining proportional levels of CD56+ CD95L+ lymphocytes in umbilical blood at the birth; if the value is equal 7.1% or more, slight degree perinatal hypoxic affection of CNS is diagnosed; if the value is equal 4.4% or less, moderate perinatal hypoxic affection of CNS is diagnosed. Application of the method allows.

EFFECT: high accuracy in perinatal hypoxic affection diagnostics.
