FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clock production and aims at developing clockwork furnished with slow-rate animation adding to comfort of clock user. For this mechanical clockwork comprises a casing with gearing arranged and driven therein and a visual animation unit, animation being initiated by oscillatory pendulum-like motion. Clockwork comprises also animation gearing running in the casing and engaged with the operating gearing.
