FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to electronics, in particular to structure of dispenser soaked cathodes for microwave devices of M-type. In dispenser soaked cathode for magnetrone in the form of cylindrical kern of high-melting metal, e.g. molybdenum on the surface of which porous tungsten matrix is formed soaked with composites of rare-earth metals, mixed binary aluminates of yttrium, lanthanum and lutecium are used as soaking material.
EFFECT: extension of operating temperature range, increase in electric strength and durability of cathodes under conditions of electron bombardment.
