SUBSTANCE: application: in relay protection and automatics equipment. The device comprises: power direction unit, start unit of minimal frequency, first logical unit, first timing relay, first executive unit, minimal voltage unit, second timing relay, second executive unit, third timing relay and second logical unit. First executive unit is output of the first stage of protection against power supply loss and forces disconnection of input switch of powerless bus section of 6 (10) kV distribution device and suppression of synchronous motor field. The second executive unit is output of the second protection stage and forces disconnection of synchronous motors on powerless bus section.

EFFECT: improvement of processing systems reliability and stability due to acceleration of protection operation and reduction of processing units downtime.
