SUBSTANCE: device includes the following: device includes pressure control unit, power direction control unit, minimum frequency start-up unit, the first logic unit, the first time relay, the first actuator unit, minimum voltage control unit, the second time relay, the second actuator unit, the second logic unit, the third time relay, the third logic unit, and the fourth time relay. The first actuator unit is the output of the first power loss protection stage and it acts on deactivation of switch of input of bus section of 6 (10) kV switchgear, which lost the power, and on field suppression of synchronous electric motors. The second actuator unit is the output of the second protection stage and it acts on deactivation of synchronous electric motors in bus section which lost the power.

EFFECT: improving stability of process systems owing to improving protection action reliability, and reducing the downtime of process units.
