SUBSTANCE: in the method of gingival liquid recover by means of an adsorbing material as a working material use V-shaped adsorbing strips-targets made of mylar plate. The plates have thickness of 50-70 microns, a roundish working part having width of 1.0-1.5 mm and height 0.8-1.0 mm and the free end, width 10 mm and height to 25 mm. The strip-target is entered in a gingival sulcus without efforts and without a contact of its walls and a bottom for 3-5 seconds. Recover of the material is performed on the average, medial and lateral site of the gingival sulcus in the field of a surveyed tooth in 3-5 hours after cleaning of teeth provided that the surveyed did not use food in the specified time interval. Each time use a new plate-target.

EFFECT: possibility to diagnose prenosological forms of display of disease, to carry out control of efficiency of treatment and monitoring of the periodontal status.
