SUBSTANCE: method provides for supplying initial mixture to the channels arranged in parallel to each other with the production of disperse particles, i.e. drips or bubbles detached from each other by liquid-filled projectiles of the solid medium. According to the invention, the channels are used, which have periodically changeable cross-section. Solid medium is supplied continuously, whereas disperse medium is supplied as periodically repeated pulses. The duration of disperse medium supply is derived from the formula. The solid and disperse medium may be supplied as periodically repeated pulses. The associated plant includes parallel channels with variable cross-section.
EFFECT: improved effectiveness of mass-exchange and reaction processes and plant operation effectiveness and reliability.
