FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: grinder is comprised of horizontal motor, rotor installed on motor shaft, operating chamber with the door and the central feed hopper fixed to the above door. Replacement insert is installed in the operating chamber. The grinder also includes receiving vessel and vacuum system consisting of a vacuum container, valve, vacuum gauge, vacuum pump and a silencer. The rotor is implemented with four breaker bars with sharpened at 45° angle ends. Freely rotating disc is installed on each breaker bar and sharpened circumferentially from both sides at an angle 45°. Metering device is mounted above the central feed hopper. The operative hopper is connected to the metering device and has top and bottom level meters installed inside. There is charging valve in front of the operative hopper inlet. The unloading valve and bottom level meter are installed in the lower part of receiving vessel. Besides, the weighing-type feeder is installed before charging valve. The operating chamber, operative hopper, metering device and receiving vessel are made leak-tight and inter-connected tightly.

EFFECT: improved integrity of operating chamber with additional devices, reduced time of grinding, reduced metal consumption for rotor production, increased rotor effect on grinded material at simultaneous reduction of loading effect on rotor.
