Abstract RU 2343056 C1

FIELD: technological processes; explosive works.

SUBSTANCE: plating sheet comprising explosive substance charge is installed above plated sheet with maintenance of preset overhang with welding clearance of preset value. Explosive substance charge is installed in container in the form of right prism with basis in the form of isosceles trapezoid with preset dimensions. Larger base of prism is located in the beginning of detonation front. Mentioned preset parameters are selected based on condition of deforming impulse ID constancy in collision zone on the whole surface of plated sheet in the process of explosive welding. Ratio of deforming impulses ID/IDcrit values is selected within the range from 1.0 to 1.76, where IDcrit - critical value of deforming impulse, when energy spent for deformation of near-contact metal volumes provides for required extent of contact surfaces activation for shaping of high-quality joint.

EFFECT: lowering of residual bend of bimetal sheet and stabilisation of welded joint wave profile parameters along detonation front on the whole surface of mating area.
