The distributive line in addition contains connective means for association to the pumping out handset, the having means which is not supposing repeated connection. Connection unhooking when the distributive line is detached from a pumping out handset so the distributive line cannot be used repeatedly is carried out.
EFFECT: the system does not demand clearing, is ensured sanitary the switching centre at the expense of one-time use of a distributive line.
