FIELD: devices for bottling, emptying or pouring liquids.

SUBSTANCE: device for dispensing liquid from container (9), comprising dispensing tube (21) for dispensing liquid through dispensing valve (23v); gas tube (22) for supply of compressed gas into container for initiation of liquid dispensing from container through dispensing tube (21), wherein upstream end of gas tube is configured to be connected to compressed gas source (22g); three-way valve (1) connected to the downstream end of gas tube (22), wherein said three-way valve comprises: keg duct (1k) suitable for communicating fluidly to the interior of the container; gas channel (1g) connected to the downstream end of the gas tube; and vent channel (1v); wherein the three-way valve is configured to switch from dispensing position (1d), in which keg channel (1k) is in fluid communication with gas passage (1g), and is not in fluid communication with vent channel (1v), in position (1dg) of ventilated connection with atmosphere, in which channel (1k) of keg is in fluid communication with ventilation channel (1v), and is not in fluid communication with gas channel (1g).

EFFECT: disclosed is a dispenser for liquid under excessive pressure, comprising a three-way valve for ventilated connection of container with atmosphere.
