FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: technique includes melting of alloy components and pouring, at that it is implemented jointly or separately components grinding into powder with further blending in following ratio, wt %: Babbitt-metal alloy of brand "Б"-76 - 18.3 and Babbitt-metal alloy of brand "Б"-83 - 18.3, tin in the form of tin-lead solder-40 - 8.5 and tin in the form of tin-lead solder-60 - 8.5, standard tin - 13.4, refined copper - 16, sulfuric potassium - 3, zinc - 2.5, manganese - 1.6, lead - 1.4, silver - 0.9, aluminium - 0.6. Melting of received mixture is implemented in crucible with periodical mixing with receiving of alloy with crystallisation temperature 70°C and melting higher than 300°C. Alloy teeming is implemented into molds in the form of rods of round or square section by diameter or thickness 7-10 mm.
EFFECT: reduction in price of modification technology, improvement of mechanical and operational properties of Babbitt-metal alloys.
