SUBSTANCE: invention concerns manufacturing of coated by lubricant metal plate for receiving by means of metal objects deformation with reduced friction factor and improved frictional properties. Metal plate with coating made from lubricant is manufactured by application of solution, containing organic ester of phosphoric acid, to top and/or bottom side of sheet and application of lubricant. Organic ester of phosphoric acid, contained in solution is compound of general formula X_3-nPO₄R_n, where X indicates hydrogen, Na, K, -NH₂, -NHR, -NR₂, -NH(R'-OH), -N(R'-OH)₂ or -NR(R'-OH), R indicates unbranched or branched alkyl group with 1-8 carbon atoms, R' indicates unbranched or branched alkylene group with 1-14, particularly, 1-8 carbon atoms, R and R' can be equal or different, at that n has number from 0 till 3, and if X indicates hydrogen, Na, K, -NH₂, then n ≠ 0, at pH of solution from 6.5 till 11.
