FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns bonding technique of conductor lines of aluminium electrolyser. According to this technique there are implemented open-end plain bores in conductor lines, they are laid over to each other, fairing holes. Then there are introduced in holes bolts and bolt tightening is implemented. In not less than one open-end plain bore it is installed split-type circular-shaped contact strip with tapered interface, by bolts with spring collar there is implemented gripping of one or two metal taper sleeves, installed inside of split-type circular-shaped contact strip in slidable engagement. Split-type circular-shaped contact strip are manufactured from low-resistance material and implemented with partial or complete separation for individual sectors. Choose of quantity of split-type circular-shaped contact, angles for tapered interfaces of split-type circular-shaped contact and taper sleeves and bolt strap forces in bolted connection is implemented from condition of free slipping of taper sleeves lengthwise interface of split-type circular-shaped contact strip. Also there is kept auxiliary condition of current distribution equality bolted joints and split-type circular-shaped contact strips. On connected surfaces of split-type circular-shaped contact strips and conductor lines before its laying over to each other there is applied sealing conductive paste. It is provided reduction of voltage dip at passage more than two times and regulation of value variation of contact joint in temperature operating range from -45 till +70°C at the level of 10-15% from maximal value.

EFFECT: providing of voltage dip at passage.
