FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining, particularly to method of ventilation of long mining faces. Method consists in fresh air supply into a mining face via air-supply working owing to all-mine depression and in exhaust of outgoing air stream via a gas-exhaust working. Additionally fresh air is supplied into the mining face at a mine section where it exceeds half length of the mining face from the air supplying working, for the purpose of which all-mine depression is ensured along the long directed boreholes; the latter are bored along the developed coal bed as before commencement of preparation of an extraction pillar, so during its preparation.
EFFECT: increased labour efficiency due to increased length of mining face.
