FIELD: construction, pipeline.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to pipeline transport and is employed in repair of pipelines without the latter been shut down. By-pass line is created skipping defect part of the pipeline. For the repairing period of the defect part of the pipeline it is disconnected from the pipeline by means of flexible diaphragms filled in with air and lapping flow in the pipeline in both directions. Diaphragms are installed into the pipeline by means of tie-in device into the pipeline under pressure, installation of transfer chamber, where through diaphragms and preventer ensuring sealing central hole of the pipeline from the outdoor environment are inserted into the pipeline. Enhanced safety of repairing works.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of the repairing works.
