FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of repairing or restoring existing pipes, as well as to devices realising such methods, and more specifically to methods and devices for installing spouts, which harden on-site owing to a stream of air and vapour. Proposed is a method of lining an existing pipeline with a flexible resin-impregnated on-site hardening spout, by drawing the spout and blowing a resin-impregnated inflatable container with air and hardening the spout using a stream of vapour without pressure loss. The spout contains material which absorbs the resin, is cylindrical and comprises an impermeable shell, which forms an outer layer. The inflatable container also contains material which absorbs the resin, is cylindrical and comprises an impermeable shell, which forms an outer layer and a discharge device at the rear end. The inflatable container passes through an under-pressure turning-over device to the collapsed spout. When the container reaches the far end, the turning-over device comes out of the turning container and connects to an outlet hose. Further, vapour is fed into the turning-over device with the aim of solidifying the resin and the vapour comes out through an outlet pipe. At the end of the hardening cycle, vapour is replaced with air to as to cool the spout.
EFFECT: improved method of restoring existing pipelines.
