FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to power engineering and can be used for spraying the combustible fluids in boiler furnaces. Atomiser consists of a body with a central fuel passage duct and a periphery spraying agent (steam) duct, and a distributing washer with holes. Atomiser consists of a coupling nut inside which there located is a retainer washer to the edge of which attached is a fuel mixer with spraying agent (steam), which forms with inner surface of coupling nut the continued part of a periphery annular duct with holes meant for the discharge thereof, which is equipped with an inner insert. Outer surface of insert and inner surface of mixer form an inner annular duct, at that the insert has a hole which is meant for fuel discharge and forms the continued part of a central fuel duct; then in the direction of the fuel emulsion movement located is an impingement plate of spray nozzle which is made in the form of a cone; spray nozzle is fixed on a distributing washer whereinto screwed is a fuel emulsion distributor made in the form of a dome with a flat top and forming together with inner surface of coupling nut the annular duct which ends with a circular slot duct meant for discharge of fuel emulsion from atomiser, at that coupling nut and emulsion distributor are made from heat-resistant steel.
EFFECT: improving flame firing efficiency, and providing the most complete fuel combustion in the boiler furnace.
