FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: atomiser includes cylindrical housing with central channel arranged in it and coupling nut screwed on the housing, inside which the following components are arranged: thrust washer; baffle plate made in the form of mushroom with flat top, the cap of which faces the flow of fuel emulsion, the foot of which is fixed on distributing washer into which fuel emulsion distributor is screwed, which has the shape of mushroom with flat top facing the emulsion flow, forming together with internal surface of coupling nut an annular channel ending with circular slot-type channel for outlet of fuel emulsion; besides, coupling nut and emulsion distributor are made from heat-resistant steel; central channel adjoins axial hole of thrust washer having peripheral holes serving as peripheral channels; fuel swirler designed for formation of fuel emulsion and provided with fuel outlet holes adjoins the thrust washer; axial hole of thrust washer is interconnected with swirler; at that, central channel is designed for supply of superheated water, and peripheral channels are designed for fuel (fuel oil) supply.

EFFECT: increasing flame burning efficiency by means of sufficient fuel homogenisation due to its being mixed with atomisation agent - superheated water vapours.
