FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to active radar and can be used in designing and creating digital broadband river, marine and security radar systems. Device comprises in a certain way interconnected transmitting and receiving antenna, power amplifier, two controlled attenuators, low-noise amplifier, directional coupler, four band-pass filters, a frequency multiplier, a power divider by two, two intermediate frequency amplifiers, two UHF mixers made according to technology A3B5 (for example, gallium arsenide), one UHF mixer made using silicon or Si-Ge technology, a correcting filter and a video amplifier.
EFFECT: technical result is expansion of dynamic range of receiving-transmitting channel of radar station, reduction of its sensitivity to overloads by signals reflected by radar scatterers, which are located close to radar station, and as a result, increase of its power potential.
