SUBSTANCE: invention relates to data carriers, write/read device and method. Write/read device recording module writes data ion data carrier comprising user's data field for the user's data to be written therein. Re-writing recording unit re-writes the user's initial data set written in the user data area into user's data area unwritten area. Aforesaid user data area is divided into, at least, one group, each group comprising, at least, R-area. Write/read device comprises a controller to control recording module so that re-writing set be written in aforesaid R-area included into the same group in which belongs R-area with written-in initial record set. Accordingly, the user data area is divided into several groups subject to features of the data to be written so that the data is written into different groups of areas of the user data in compliance with the data type.
EFFECT: data carrier wherein data is written into different user data areas in compliance with data type.
