SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of short control frames transmission. For this purpose, generating frame, containing physical level preamble, having signal field, wherein signal field includes: indicator, indicating, that signal field is encoding with plurality of fields, containing information, associated with frame type; and field of cyclic redundancy check; encoding said plurality of fields, containing information, associated with frame type, in said frame signal field, wherein said information contains: type information, including frame type; and additional information determined based on frame type, wherein frame type is, at least, one from frame types set, wherein set comprises: acknowledge frame; power saving polling frame; sending resolution frame and block-structured acknowledge frame; and sending said frame.

EFFECT: technical result is reduced network expenses and costs of processing by receiving devices.
