FIELD: food products manufacturing technique.
SUBSTANCE: cans are manufactured by cutting and blanching mushrooms and apples, blanching and grating garlic, cutting and freezing runner beans, lettuce, leek greens and parsley, cutting shrimps, pickled cucumbers and pickled papricas. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with sweet corn, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, cognac, tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, calcium acetate, cloves, cinnamon, mustard, nutmegs, hot black pepper and allspice. The obtained mix and cream are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: increased digestibility.
