FIELD: food products manufacturing technique.
SUBSTANCE: plant or animal raw material is frozen fast in refrigerator under the temperature of not more than -70°C. Cryodestruction of frozen material up to microsomes up to 1-5 microns in size follows. Afterwards suspending of fine-dispersed fractions in ethanol or ether with the relation of 1:3-1:10 and exposure duration of 60-180 minutes is carried out. Then layer-by-layer analytic centrifugation follows. Preserving agents are added into the supernatant fluid with extracted quinones resulting from the centrifugation and solvent is evaporated until dry solid residue in the form ubiquinone-containing active supplement is obtained. Inorganic selenium in the amount of 0.01-0.05 wt % and/or succinic acid in the amount of 0.1-0.5 wt % are used as preserving agents.
EFFECT: reducing end product cost due to decreasing amount and concentration of reagents used, improving end product quality.
