SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a solid dispersion, specifically to a solid dispersion for use in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic compositions, as well as to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical compositions for oral administration. Solid dispersion to be used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmetic compositions contains coenzyme Q₁₀, a phospholipid and one or more cellulose derivatives, selected from the group, where the coenzyme Q₁₀ to the phospholipid is in a certain ratio, where the dispersion is obtained by a method involving the following steps: i) obtaining suspension of one or more cellulose and phospholipid derivatives; ii) obtaining a coenzyme Q₁₀ solution in an organic solvent; iii) mixing the solution obtained in step ii) with the suspension obtained in step i); iv) mixing the suspension obtained at step iii) at a certain temperature; v) removing solvent from suspension obtained at step iv). Pharmaceutical composition for oral administration contains the above solid dispersion and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. Nutritional composition for oral administration contains the solid dispersion described above and an excipient acceptable for food intake.

EFFECT: said solid dispersion, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical compositions containing said solid dispersion, have high solubility of the active substance, high bioavailability.
