SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing roe deer meat and game, cutting, sauteeing in melted butter and mincing onions and tomatoes, cutting, blanching and mincing potatoes, freezing and mincing dill, mixing the above components with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extract of hot black pepper, packing the obtained mix in aluminium tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new cans with increased digestibility.
