SUBSTANCE: after allocation of site of tibial bone crest of the rat using an acute and blunt method, make cuts in the top third in a slantwise-longitudinal direction on depth not more than 2 mm. Thus keep connection of the performed cuts of the crest in its proximal part and carry out the subsequent radiological control in a lateral projection of a tibial bone of the rat.
EFFECT: possibility to frame experimental model of Osgood-Schlatter disease at lesser invasiveness of an operative measure, to provide presence of microtrauma as leading etiological factor both similar anatomic and physiological conditions of course of process.
