SUBSTANCE: unitary introduce a composite implant gel KollapAn-G in volume on 0.5-1.0 ml from each side to the patient after performance of local anaesthesia under the damaged apophysis with medial and lateral sides of tuberosity of the shin bone. Local anaesthesia is carried out in the form of administering of a solution of 1% Novocain. Administer 0.5 ml of implant from each side to 10-12 years old patients, and at the age of 12-16 years - 1 ml of implant from each side. Restrain an exercise stress within 2-4 months under the radiological control to the patients.
