SUBSTANCE: in the central and peripheric fragments of femur drill out on two channels and enter on two perosseous hinges. The perosseous hinges, spent closer from the line of fracture, are fixed in reposition knots, fastened to an internal surface of arches by means of arms. Mount the rod apparatus from three arches with apertures and bridge among themselves carving bars. In intermediate fragment drill out two channels also enter two perosseous hinges and fix in reposition knots, fix on both sides of an average arch with apertures by means of arms. Make reposition of intermediate fragment moving of average arch by means of carving bars, reducing knots and peroseous hinges which is supervised by means of the image converter. At first make reposition of the central fragment with an intermediate fragment, then with a peripheric fragment. For stabilisation of the reached reposition enter on one perosseous hinge into the central and peripheric fragments. The hinges are fixed by means of arms on external surface of arches.
EFFECT: stabilisation improvement.
