FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Two canals are drilled in each central and peripheral fragments of femoral bone and two transosteal rods are introduced in each fragment. Transosteal rods, passed nearer to fracture line are fixed in reposition units, putting them through holes located in coupling balls, are fixed at necessary angle with nuts and pressure bar by means of lockscrews, are fastened to internal surface of arcs by means of brackets. Rod apparatus is mounted from three arcs with holes and connected to each other by means of threaded bars. In intermediate fragment two canals are drilled and two transosteal rods are introduced and fixed in reposition units, fixed on both sides of medial arc with holes by means of brackets. Simultaneously reposition of central, intermediate and peripheral fragments is carried out by movement of medial arc by means of threaded bars, reposition units and transosteal rods, which is controlled by means of EOC. In order to stabilise obtained reposition one transosteal rod is introduced into each central and peripheral fragments. Rods are fixed by means of brackets on external surface of arcs.
EFFECT: method ensures accurate reposition of fragments, consolidation of fracture area, stable fixation, reduction of trauma, reduction of treatment terms.
