Perform standard laparoscopic cholecystectomia. Under the control of the laparoscopic ultrasonics transcutaneously bring electrode of radio-frequency destructor to bed of the gall bladder. Make plane ablation of liver tissues with power of a current 160-200 W, duration of influence of 15-20 minutes. Move an electrode on all surface of a bed of a gall bladder and on liver parenchyma, having receded from 1-2 cm from the bed edge. Carry out paracentetic ablation of the tissues of liver with 160-200 W power of current. Thus make 3-5 vertical punctures in the centre and along the edges of a bed of the gall bladder, plunging on 3 cm deep into liver parenchyma. Duration of influence makes 5-10 minutes on every puncture.
