SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, abdominal surgery. Combined cryo- and RFA exposure is performed. To do this, a cryoprobe is injected into the neoplasm through a trocar, the neoplasm is frozen until a temperature of about -184°C. Then, after passive thawing, the cryoprobe is removed. Through the same trocar, an active RFA electrode is inserted into the neoplasm along the course of the previously standing cryoprobe, ablation is performed first of the neoplasm, then of the puncture channel.

EFFECT: method reduces the risk of relapse of the disease and thereby increases the effectiveness of treatment.
