FIELD: medicine; abdominal surgery.

SUBSTANCE: first, chemical destruction of a neoplasm is performed, for which up to 5 ml of 95% ethyl alcohol is injected into the neoplasm using a needle through an installed stylet catheter for puncture. Next, the needle is removed, and a cryoprobe is inserted through the stylet catheter, the neoplasm is frozen until a temperature of about -184°C is reached, under ultrasound or CT control. Then, passive thawing of the neoplasm is carried out until the defrosting level is reached, which ensures the gradual extraction of the cryoprobe, in which pathological tissue adjacent to the catheter is still in the stage of incomplete defrosting. Further, after removing the cryoprobe through the catheter, an active RF electrode is inserted into the neoplasm along the course of the previously standing cryoprobe. Ablation is performed first of the neoplasm, then of the puncture canal.

EFFECT: method allows for reduction in the risk of the relapse of the disease and pathological conditions, due to which a cryosurgical operation is performed, which, in general, increases the efficiency of treatment.
