SUBSTANCE: device for head protection contains cap having tapes for bracing on head and rigid plate of the spherical form with perforations with possibility of carrying out through them of thread and bracing by them of plate to cap. The cap is executed from a woven material in two layers with a cavity between them and a cut with introduction possibility through it in any site of a cavity of a cap of the mentioned plate.

EFFECT: invention provides time local protection of brain against external mechanical influences in the field of defect of calvaria by external cover of defect of any size and the form with rigid plate and its deduction in any site of crest of head with excision and reuse possibility.
