FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: thermoelectric massager contains ball massage head fixed on bar end and including two massage elements made of heat-conducting material, or designed as flexible insulated vessel filled with heat-conducting liquid, with spherical functional surface provided with meridian ledges, and power device rotating the bar. Between massage elements, there is thermoelectric module with thermal contact. Herewith space between massage elements free from thermoelectric module is thermally protected. The bar adjoins by other end to power device with bar additionally reciprocating and fastened on handle. The bar is driven through friction bearing fixed on handle and supplied with sliding contacts adjoining two contact rings on the bar for power supply.
EFFECT: extended massage performance with improved therapeutic efficiency.
