FIELD: medicine; pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: labeling method of mononuclear cells of red bone marrow by means of 1 99mTs-exametazime, characterised by reception of cellular suspension, incubation of cellular suspension about 4 ml 99mTs-eksametazima during 10 minutes is declared at room temperature, with the subsequent washing, centrifugation of 5 minutes at 150 g, the collecting of supernatant fraction, resuspending of deposit containing labeled 99mTs-exametazim mononuclear cells of bone marrow, thus incubation is performed with 1500-2000 MLL 99mTs-exametazim, washing is performed in 10 ml of an isotonic solution of sodium chlorine, and resuspending in 10 ml of isotonic solution of sodium chlorine.

EFFECT: possibility to mark mononuclear cells of red bone marrow and to avoid fence of additional quantity of blood for the purpose of reception of cell-free plasma for washing of cells.
