FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns rotor-type oscillation aggregates and can be applied in construction materials production and ore-dressing industry. Rotor-type oscillation aggregate is intended for processing of mixes containing abrasive components. Aggregate includes case (1) with inlet and outlet pipes (2, 3), encasing: rotor (4) and stator (5) equipped with work elements (6, 7) in the form of rotation bodies with linear generating lines. Rotor (4) and adjoining stator (5) are made in the form of interlocked rings (10, 18), so that stator rings(18) are interlocked by collars (9), rotor rings (10) are interlocked by fastenings so that, when assembled together with work elements (6, 7), they form stepped channel where processed medium moves. Medium processing is performed in the stepped channel, in gaps between work body edges of rotor (4) and stator (5). Inlet pipe (2) of the aggregate has form of hollow shaft rotated by a drive. Work elements of rotor (7) and stator (6) are made of hard-metal material, and outlet pipe (3) of the aggregate is rigidly fixed in the aggregate case (1).
