SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of pulsation apparatus of a rotor type, which may find application in productions of chemical industry, oil-processing industry; food-processing industry; pulp and paper industry, food-processing industry, pulp and paper industry, etc. The apparatus contains a body with a bilateral rotor and a bilateral stator symmetrical to the rotor mounted inside the body. In the stator and in the stator devices are located uniformly, there are located along the circumference radial channels, the lateral surfaces of which are formed by bodies of rotation with the linear generatrices with a capability of interception with the ring type cylindrical elements made on the adjacent surfaces of the rotor and the stator outside of limits of thickness of the disks being the elements of design of the rotor and stator. In the radial channels of the rotor there are oscillators fixed by pins and made in the form of the hollow spokes with the disks transversal to the axis of spokes. The radial spokes of oscillators may be made solid. The device allows alongside with the pulsing treatment with the help of a dynamic pressure to act on the treated medium by a cavitation and an acoustic emission, which ensures a deeper and effective treatment of the medium in the apparatus.
