FIELD: testing facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus is designed for mixing of components in process of dispersing, homogenizing, pasteurizing and sterilizing of liquid media and carrying out noise chemical reactions. Apparatus has housing inside which rotor and stator with turbulizing members on surfaces pointed to each other are installed with clearance. Rotor consists of two parts split over axis of symmetry of diametric section in plane of rotation. Ring grooves on adjacent sides of butt-joining planes form resonance chamber. Ring grooves forming torus channel are made in rim parts of adjacent spaces of rotor halves. Torus channel accommodates flexibly damping ring. Brush seals are fitted in radial clearance between rotor and stator and housing. Turbulizing members are made in form of detachable rings with radial slots. Channels are made in hub part of rotor parallel to axis of rotation. These channels are designed to pass treated medium to rotor-stator radial zone far off from inlet of apparatus. Additional axial stage of screw pump in installed on rotor shaft from side of inlet branch pipe. Number of entries of pump screw blades is two, minimum. EFFECT: increased efficiency of treatment of liquid media owing to increased stability of characteristics of dispersed products. 4 cl, 1 dwg
