FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns methods of dispersed material separation by specific particle gravity and can be applied in gold and other heavy metal extraction from friable deposits, reduced ores and other natural and artificial mineral sources during its processing. Three-product centrifugal-type separator includes case with rotating rolls attached to its internal surface, pipes for sludge and flushing water feed to separator and tailing discharge, conical bowl with windows in its upper part for concentrate unloading, ledge along internal bowl edge for commercial product extraction, and hollow elastic wall becoming motile when deformed by the rolls. Separator includes aggregate for pulp feed to the bowl, with cylindrical or prismatic head, cylindrical or prismatic pipe with nozzle of hollow pyramidal or conical form attached rigidly to the lower pipe end. Pipe with nozzle are rotating along or against the bowl rotation direction. Head, pipe and upper nozzle part have equal or different open cross-section in conjunction zones. Device for tailings discharge has a form of pipe inserted into the head and passing through sludge feed aggregate pipe.
EFFECT: increased gold extraction from processed material, improved separator efficiency.
