FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to the field of mineral processing, in particular to devices for separation of free particles of heavy useful components in a centrifugal field, in which the materials are separated by density in a liquid medium. Centrifugal separator with continuous discharge can be used for concentration of fine-grained pulps in centrifugal field. Centrifugal separator with continuous discharge comprises a rotating conical bowl without reefs, a loading and unloading device, to ensure constant discharge of the concentrate, the bowl is made with an inward-facing annular threshold-cover, and in its side wall near the upper cut there are several through unloading holes for continuous unloading of heavy fraction into the unloading device section. Bowl is made with possibility of rotation with variable angular speed. In the annular threshold-cover there are through windows located opposite each through unloading hole in the side wall of the bowl. Each window in the annular threshold-cover is made with the possibility of collecting industrial product with intermediate density in the annular threshold-cover and its subsequent directing to the additional section of the unloading device.
EFFECT: improving operating efficiency of the centrifugal concentrator with continuous unloading, as well as providing it with the function of extracting a product of intermediate density.
