FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning process gases of dust. Proposed plant comprises, at least, one canopy arranged above process equipment, sleeve filter with its outlet connected with exhaust fan suction branch pipe, fan pressure branch pipe being communicated with atmosphere. Canopy is divided into sections, each incorporating temperature pickup with its output connected to automatic control unit. Each section of the canopy is communicated with pipeline accommodating shutter with actuating mechanism connected with automatic control unit. Pipelines are communicated with common pipeline communicated with sleeve filter. Filter comprises housing divided into dusty and purified gas chambers, dust bin, filtration sleeves with their top open ends fixed in the housing and communicated with purified gas chamber, and their bottom closed ends attached to metal perforated plate secured on springs to move in dusty gas chamber bottom. Plate is jointed with site arranged outside the housing to support vibrator. Electromagnetic coils are arranged along the axis of filtration sleeves. Dusty and purified gas chambers accommodate pressure pickups connected to automatic control unit connected with vibrator and power supply of electromagnetic coils.

EFFECT: simplified design, higher efficiency of exhaust air purification.
