FIELD: electronic document management systems.

SUBSTANCE: method includes creation and/or saving on the user electronic device of at least one certified document or a link to the certified document, transmitting, from an electronic user device through a data network, at least one certified document or a link to the authenticated document to a server for receiving certified documents, storing at least one document to be certified in a server document receiving device for authenticating documents, processing each certified document with a data processing unit by putting a mark of the current time, a date, a month and a year therein and authenticating them with an electronic digital signature of a person authorized for said action, to obtain at least one certified document, storing at least one certified document on the repository server, sending at least one certified document from the repository server to the user's electronic device, if necessary, formation from repository server of at least one certified document in human-readable form, which meets requirements for electronic evidence.

EFFECT: technical result is improved security of stored certified documents, enabling to perform legally meaningful actions without the need to obtain an electronic digital signature.
