FIELD: data processing. SUBSTANCE: method involves acquiring information carrier through financial computer system after publishing juridical document having blank fields to be filled with data identifying a user, his personal property, PIN code and number. After being submitted by a user, the data are saved on the information carrier. User will for concluding agreement is recorded, and time is fixed at which the user has addressed his appeal. The required juridical document valid from the mentioned moment of time is issued. Its validity is followed during agreed time period under terms and conditions noted in the document. The document validity being expired or the mentioned conditions coming into force, access to financial system and juridical document is blocked.
