FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil and gas producing industry and may be used for prevention of cracks closure in process of hydraulic rupture of producing oil beds. Proppant represents granules of baked raw material, initial raw material used is charge that contains following components, wt %: aluminium oxide, at least 60, magnesium oxide 2.0-10.0, titanium oxide 4.0-10.0, calcium oxide 2.0-10.0, iron oxides 4.8-5.0, manganese oxide 0.01-5.0, silicon oxide - the rest, at that apparent density of proppant makes from 1.7 to 2.5 g/cm3. Method of foresaid proppant preparation includes preliminary grinding and mixing of initial components with their further granulation, drying and screening into target fractions. Specified proppant is used in production of carbohydrates. Invention is developed in dependable points.
